Insatiable desire,

with a side order of falling in love.

His eyes are feasting,

on his favourite meal.

Why fight for first place,

when second is merely a matter of perspective.

By definition 'average' is normal, 

It's lonely at the top, but warm and crowded in the middle.

Perfect Imperfections

Perfection is a pursuit,

Coveted more by some than others.

Imperfections can make things just perfect.

The illusion or perfection can be a stifling role to play,

And fear of not achieving perfection,

Paralyzing.

Under Pressure

Saying Yes!  Instead of a sad no.

New underwear.

Breathing properly.

Fixing things.

Planning for dreams to become reality.

No jewellery thanks.

Beauty is Deeper than Skin

I know so many beautiful, strong and inspiring woman.

They all underestimate themselves.

Their beauty has nothing to do with their outsides,

but all of them have eyes that shine.

Disguises

I understand the need to dress appropriately.

Clothes can tell you very little about a person.

Not everyone dressed in black is baddie.

Not everyone dressed in white is good.

A Police uniform is no shield for evil.

Church clothes don't guarantee goodness.

Anyone can wear business clothes...
