Smiles fade.

Scars are a permanent

 reminder 

of pain

Sadness Vacation

Happiness won't take permanent bookings,

nor will rehab.

It's all a matter of perspective,

and annual leave.

Heart Attack

The heart takes hostages,

it gives angry, judgmental,and sad words,

a beating.

Sadly, it's not the words that suffer,

and it's not the mouth that said them either.

 The hostage taking heart suffers.
